From a very early age, we learn to put ourselves in “box” after “box”, every day, without even realizing it.
We buy into very limited views of what’s possible...
…try to be someone we are not, to fit in, be respected and loved…
…allow outside voices to influence our choices…
…become blind to our value and to what's important…
…get trapped into patterns, systems, and ways of operating that rob us of joy, peace, vitality.
Along the way, we may grow more and more frustrated, uncomfortable, and overwhelmed with our life, unclear about what we are truly here for.
Our world is breaking at the seams because this way of living goes against our true nature, and our nature is now saying, ENOUGH.
Suffering, confusion, fear, and exhaustion are signs your Soul is asking you to break free of all this and remember who you really are.

I help you unpack the guidance you received and integrate it into your life. This is where the real shifts happen, and yet it’s the part that often gets overlooked.
You practice getting your mind and Soul to work better together. You learn to trust YOUR way, even when the naysayers around you make you doubt it. I gently remind you of who you really are so you can stay steady and free when the world tries to lure you back into its “boxes”.

how I came to this work
I always longed for freedom, to forge my own path and do something meaningful. But with every decision I made, I got further and further away from that, until I felt completely lost.
