After taking her quickly through the death scene, Jenny described what it was like to return to her Soul state.

Me: “How does it feel to now be detached from the body?”

Client (now speaking as her Soul): “Expansive. My particles are moving beyond the boundaries of my body’s shape, spreading out and bouncing around, happy to be free!”

Shortly after, Jenny started noticing “concentrations of sparkly light” floating towards her; first, a couple, then, more and more. It was a joyful scene that she described as a “homecoming”.

In those lights, she began to recognize people from her current life and the Lizzie life and felt how happy they all were to see her. Among these greeting Souls was her partner, Mike.

Client: “The light that is closest to me is Mike. I can recognize his energy imprint and he showed me his human self to confirm that this is him.”

Me: “How does he greet you?”

Client: “Like a full body hug. Our sparkling energies are different from each other but are squished together!”

I allowed some time for Jenny to enjoy this sacred reunion, then we began exploring her Soul connection to Mike.

Me: “What is your greater purpose together across lifetimes?”

Client: “It’s an even grander scale than I can comprehend… It’s the power of the two becoming one, creating something far greater than themselves. I’m being shown two electrical currents. When they come together, [they generate] much more electricity and have more impact on everything around.”

Me: “And what is the Soul lesson in losing Mike in the life as Jenny?”

Client: “To understand that this electrical current we created is still within me and to be the strength of the two. To literally be a light.”

Jenny realized that her union with Mike was part of a conduit their Souls have been creating together across lifetimes. This conduit then funnels energy from the heavens down to Earth into her. She saw herself as a “sprinkler” spewing this love and light energy all around her.

She understood that not only is this tied to her purpose; it is also part of a much bigger picture that goes beyond this lifetime and beyond her and Mike.

Client: “There are some people on Earth who have a very strong conduit because of who they are. And there are some who have it because of experiences, like what I have experienced. I can see them all through the globe, all these conduits of light creating this exchange between heaven and Earth.”

Me: “What does this exchange of energy do through you as Jenny?”

Client: “I’m being shown my workplace, friends, family, conversations with acquaintances. What I am able to share with people now is much more impactful; it takes root deeper.”

Jenny learned she must keep this “waterfall” of energy open by not giving in to fears but, rather, leaning into her curiosity - that same curiosity she displayed as a baby in the womb. She can do so by continuing to learn and have spiritual experiences.

She must acknowledge that there are people who choose darkness and hurt. However, she saw how all the conduits of energy on Earth – herself included – are creating an ever-growing mesh of connection that is allowing spirit to send more love and light, bringing strength to humanity and making it easier to counter the darkness. That is what she must focus on.

Then, Jenny understood even more about her immortal bond with Mike. Their Souls work together to create things, each bringing unique skills to the process. Mike’s Soul does more of the beginning construction, while hers fine-tunes it. She acts like a “greenhouse” that gives things a place to germinate and grow stronger enough to thrive.

Me: “How does this relate to the work Jenny’s doing?”

Client: “She helps the people around her do better with where they are and what they have.”

This relates to her past life as Lizzie. There, Jenny’s Soul learned that a life doesn’t have to be easy for her to enjoy it. There will always be things outside her control. Being anxious and fearful won’t help. It is by being joyous that she can make more impact on what’s happening.

To end the journey, Jenny was shown that her allergies and hypothyroidism are helping her Soul love “an imperfect vessel”. They are also forcing her to not take her body for granted and, instead, listen to what it needs.

Session Takeaways

During our conversation after the session, Jenny reflected on some of the parts that had stood out the most.

She reiterated how much joy she had experienced in the womb, as her Soul was integrating with her body. “If I have moments where I’m frustrated with how my body is operating, I will be able to go back to that and reconnect with how much love and excitement my Soul had for this body.”

Jenny also noted how the Soul reunion with Mike had felt much more joyful and less overwhelming than the times when she had connected with his spirit through mediumship “because the Soul knows that that connection is always there.” Souls don’t carry the same emotional heaviness that is experienced in the human body.

Finally, it was both reassuring and empowering to realize how deep her Soul connection with Mike goes and how intertwined it is with both her life purpose and the bigger picture that’s unfolding for humanity.

As I always see with clients and the loved ones they lost, a beautiful design was put in place for Mike and Jenny’s lives.



By coming together, Mike, with his Soul’s constructing skills, helped Jenny build that energetic conduit that she is now using to be the “greenhouse” she’s meant to be. That conduit is making it possible for her to help many people thrive and make the best of what’s around them, which is part of her Soul’s talents.

The light force that their union produced still lives in her – with the same intensity - and they continue to create together…just in a different form.
